In the United States, 16 percent of DOMESTIC employees were foreign born. Intel, the American computer chip Giant, pulls in 70 percent of its revenues from OUTSIDE the United States. So what does this all mean to you? It means the functionality of cross cultural teams is an increasingly important asset in the business world. In this blog, we attempt to reinforce the knowledge of our workshop.
